Our commitment
AMK Dental Clinic aims to make this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, which the Australian Human Rights Commission recommends as a minimum.
What we have done
When building this website, we have aimed to:
- use clear headings, plain language and descriptive link text
- give meaningful images text alternatives
- make every page usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
- use text and background colours with sufficient contrast
- let pages resize and reflow on small screens and at 200% zoom
- label every form field clearly and explain errors in text
- avoid content that moves or plays automatically
- keep our phone number and contact details in the same place on every page
- use a spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) that does not ask you to solve image puzzles
Known limitations
Some parts of the experience are provided by other organisations, such as our online booking system (MyHealth1st) and map links. We cannot fully control their accessibility. If you have trouble booking online, please call us and we will book for you.
We last reviewed this website’s accessibility on 27 September 2026, using automated and manual checks, including colour contrast, keyboard navigation and layouts on small screens.
